What Can Easy Card Designer Do For Your Company?

Easy Card Designer provides Business Card Management software to industry professionals. Our proprietary software has been continually developed and enhanced since 2002 to satisfy very sophisticated solution requests.

Our software is used by hundreds of large organizations. These users include large corporations, organizations, and government agencies. We streamline business card ordering and management to the highest level. Our Business Card Management systems allow your customers to easily manage their entire business card ordering process from the end user through accounting.

We look forward to the opportunity to manage business cards for your most sophisticated customers at whatever level you feel comfortable. We prefer to manage the entire process from setting up your customers customized software solution, printing the business cards, and sharing the customer service in a partnership fashion with you as needed.

If you choose to work with us, your company and your customers will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Having a dedicated Account Manager ensures you and your customers will always have someone to contact that knows you and your accounts personally. Our goal is to work as a team to offer the best customer service possible to you and your customers.

Please note - We will thoroughly check to be sure we have never worked with any prospective customers you would like to use our services. In the event we have had any contact with your perspective customer we will not be able to onboard them. 100% customer protection guaranteed.

Q - What Size Customers Can Use this Service?

A - Ideally Portals are set-up for end-users with 50 or more employees. Companies with less than 50 employees are acceptable if they order business cards frequently.

Q – What is the Turnaround Time for Business Card Orders?

A - We print and ship most order in 24 hours that are in by 3PM EST Monday to Friday.

Q - Do you have a Price list available with my Wholesale pricing?

A - We will need the specs of the business card to quote it for you.

Q - What Payment Methods do you accept?

A - We accept all major Credit Cards. We also offer Net 30 day billing terms for the clients who request it.

Q – Do the Branded Portals show my Logo on the Website?

A – Yes your logo will be on every Website Portal on the top and your customer’s logo will appear below that as seen in the Demo. All of the business card box labels will also have you logo one them.

Q – Can I embed the Card Site in my current Website?

A – We can provide you a demo Website Portal to embed on your website. All of your customers will have their own Portal URL customized to them.

Q - What is the Order Notification and Tracking Process to me and to the Customer who Orders?

A - The order and shipping confirmations go directly to your client. If you would like to be added to their confirmations we can do that as well. We handle all shipping questions with your clients. In their FAQ section they will have two contacts. Our contact information for all Business Card related questions and your contact information for all other questions like ordering additional products.
